Kirsty has a degree in Hospitality Management form Glasgow Caledonian University and has managed the front of house in some of the country’s most desirable locations such as Scotland, the West Country, and Yorkshire!

Having worked in some of the finest dining establishments these locations have to offer, we are honoured to have Kirsty as part of our team and she will be on hand to make sure your experience with us will be something to remember and encourage your return.

Marcus’ worked for 15 years in the Safari industry in Southern Africa before returning to the UK where we moved into a business development role. He will be in charge of the essential day to day maintenance as well as keeping you abreast of what’s new through the social media. Then on an evening Marcus will be working behind the bar and offering a warm welcome.

Dave has worked in the catering industry for over 20 years. With a background in such places as RAF Fylingdales and a number of local pubs in the area.

He has a second dan black belt in Karate and uses this focus in the kitchen to produce food on another level.
