'Death Becomes Her'

a menu filled with the potential to kill!

Oyster & Nahm Jim Sauce

raw oysters....are we trying to kill you with the first course? What about the chilies in the sauce, have we used Carolina reaper or something less spicy?

Elderberry, Duck, Hazelnuts & Bruschetta

our delicious duck is locally shot so be careful. A berry is a berry, right? Not so fast! Eat the wrong berries, & you can get hit with dangerous toxins, and as far as nuts go...

Sea Bass Ceviche with Pink Grapefruit & Prawns

are you on medication? beware of the side effects from the grapefruit and if that doesn't get you then maybe the 'cured' fish or prawns will!!!!

Venison Wellington, Fondant Potatoes, Kale

I was given this recipe from a lovely Australian lady called Erin Patterson, she recommended what mushrooms to use, and you thought kale was good good for you....too much can interfere with blood thinning  medication.

Almond Panna Cotta, Cherries, Honey & Almond Tuille

Hand up who has a nut allergy, also, the stones in cherries contain cyanide and poisonous toxins are also found in honey. This sweet treat is a trio of deadliness.

Cheese board (to share) raw honey and crackers

10 supplement

'Tor' goat's cheese - ash covered semi-soft goat cheese made from unpasteurized milk

Oxford Isis - a soft cheese with honey (we all know how dangerous honey is) mead washed rind

Cornish Yarg - a nettle (yes, those stingy, venomous things) wrapped semi hard cheese

£55 per person

Direct bookings only
