Till death do us part 2
14th February

A menu filled with the potential to KILL!!!!

Wild mushrooms & Stilton risotto

In case you have never seen a movie where a character dies quickly after ingesting wild mushrooms,

we're here to remind you.....and as for Stilton, every bite a roulette

Carpaccio of duck breast, cherry

our delicious duck (locally shot so be careful!) is infused with juniper, the extract of which can be

fatal & watch out for cherry seeds - they contain cyanide

Seared tuna, poppy seeds, avocado puree, charred corn salsa

due to high mercury levels in certain species, its best to eat raw tuna in moderation so that's why

we seared it in euphoria inducing poppy seeds

Rosemary crusted fillet steak, fondant potato, shimeji, elderberry jus

taking to much rosemary is known to be unsafe, oh & there's those pesky wild mushrooms again,

& what about potatoes? Would we serve green ones? A berry is a berry, right? Not so fast!

Eat the wrong berries & you can get hit with food poisoning

Vanilla & nutmeg panna cotta, honeycomb, raspberries

taking a large quantity of nutmeg can cause psychoactive effects, poisonous toxins are also found in honey. This sweet treat could be deadly if you eat to much

Cheese board (to share) medlar jelly and crackers

'Tor' goat's cheese - ash covered semi-soft gats cheese made from unpasteurized milk

Oxford Isis - a soft cheese with a honey (we all know how dangerous honey is) mead washed rind

Cornish Yarg - a nettle (yes, those sting, venomous things) wrapped semi hard cheese

£55 per person
